Inside Sales Representative - Bilingual

We are currently looking for both inside, and outside sales. The position is located at our headquarters in Carnegie, PA. The chosen candidates will be responsible for providing primary contact for a group of representatives and customers assigned to them.
The essential duties of the inside sales person are as follows:
Provides customers, representatives and distributors with technical information
Build and maintains customer relationships
Follows up on quotations and projects to secure orders
Coordinates project development with Sales Management
Assists Sales Manager in preparation of project bids
Tracks quotations
Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales
Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers
Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained
Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firms production and delivery schedules
Assures that the specifications and Terms and Conditions of Sale are priced correctly, are included in the quotation are included in the Order Write-Up and are part of the Bill of Material
Reviews specifications and Terms and Conditions of Sale at the proposal stage
Arranges for any special order to be entered and fully executed
Maintains accuracy in quotation database
Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database
Works with Representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous Valve or Process Equipment sales and technical experience
MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH
Industrial sales experience
Municipal sales experience
Bachelors Degree
Strong telephone skills
Ability to take instruction and work with others
Positive attitude
Computer skills
Knowledge of ISO 9000 applications a plus but not required
